About us
Willows is part of the Stallcombe organisation, and is a detached six bed purpose built home for adults on the Autistic spectrum and other complex needs. Our ethos is to provide a safe and secure home to enable and empower those who live here to take an active role in the day to day running of their home and lead a fulfilled and as independent a life as they are able. We promote a healthy life style, encourage residents to engage in activities both on site and within the community, and follow the ethos which is the foundation of the Stallcombe Charity.
Accommodation and staff
Willows consists of six ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, lounge, sunroom and is set in its own grounds overlooking fields and woodlands. There are, at present, 27 staff consisting of a manager, 2 x deputies, 15 full time and 1 part time support staff, and 3 waking night support staff to provide 24 hour support with the majority being supported on a 1:1 basis from 07.30 to 21.30. We provide person centred, individually tailored care packages which are specifically designed to meet the needs and wishes of the residents who live at Willows. We promote and encourage strong links with families and provide a full and varied programme of activities and opportunities for the residents.
