Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with learning disabled adults and Autism. You should be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team, be self motivated & patient. Experience is desired but not essential as full training can be provided.
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
Waking Night Support Worker £11.08 per hour
Shift pattern is 4 nights on and 4 nights off 10.00 pm – 7.30 am. (8.30am finish on Saturday and Sunday morning)
Support Worker Full Time £10.50 per hour
The full time support worker role will involve working a regular shift pattern, to include every other weekend. Early shifts start from 07:00-14:30 and late shifts from 14:00-21.30. You will be expected to work an average of 37.5 hours per week.
Weekend Support Worker (Part Time) £10.50 per hour
Shifts would be on Saturdays and Sundays starting from 7.30am and finishing at 4pm (latest) and 1.30pm (earliest) and finishing at 10.00pm.
Alternate or every weekend to suit. Overtime hours available in addition if of interest.
Covid Tester- Part Time £9.51 per hour 12 hours per week
Covid tester required to assist with testing all staff.
Full training will be provided.
Job will involve administration of lateral flow and PCR covid tests and inputting information into a computer.
Housekeeper- Part Time £10.50 per hour 16 hours per week
Working alongside residents and staff to ensure that Stallcombe House communal areas and offices are cleaned to the highest standard.
Oversee the laundry, ensuring that it is fully equipped and in working order.
Identify, prioritise and log any maintenance needs ensuring that the buildings, equipment and furniture are safe and fit for purpose.
Manage, order and control the stock of supplies and cleaning equipment needed to enable the smooth running of Stallcombe House.
Responsible for the safe storage of all cleaning products
